Caller ID information that looks like "<!DOCTYPE HTML" has proven to mean only one thing. The Module needs (and lacks) permission to operate - and the resultant htm code is being sent instead of caller ID.
The solution is to fill in the User Id and password in the Superfecta User Interface, in the General Options Section. Provide the same user Id and password you used to reach the Superfecta Module screen in the first place. Another way of saying this is its probably your MAINT/_maintpassword_ combination.
Don't forget to press the Agree and Save button or your information will not be recognized.
