Concurrent Calls

Version 2.0.5 of the Concurrent Calls module has been released. This version is strictly a maintenance release to fix several issues:

• Fixed a number formatting issue which caused the main concurrent calls graph to display the following error: "Your data contains non-numeric values." (See the following bug: http://projects.colsolgrp.net/issues/show/69)
• Fixed a bug where some calls were excluded from the reports if they had less than seven digits, even if the minimum threshold was set to a number less than seven.
• Restricted filtering on trunks to SIP, IAX2 and ZAP trunks only. There is no effective way to isolate these trunks in the CDRs. Calls from other trunks are included when trunk filtering is not selected.

Version 2.0.4 of the Concurrent Calls module has been released. This version has one bug fix (for CUSTOM trunks) and a few minor feature additions. For a detailed list of the bug fix and features, please see this ticket: http://projects.colsolgrp.net/issues/show/65

Version 2.0.3 of the Concurrent Calls module has now been released. This version fixes a somewhat major bug in the way the module calculates time spent on each call, and to a lesser degree, the number of calls made. Everyone who uses this module is encouraged to upgrade to this version.

We are pleased to announce that the author of Concurrent Calls for FreePBX has decided to add his module the CSG Software Project Management portal. Ongoing development efforts for the module will be centered here. Please join in and welcome Bruce and his project to the system.
