Which table remains?
There are two tables being used
superfectaconfig
superfectacache

The custom authentication data for the previous installs configured data sources pops up in a "new" install (after uninstall).

I have tried this on my box and it looks as if all the data is getting properly deleted. Can you verify this.
Also, after uninstall, can you look at the asterisk database, and verify that one of the two database tables I listed still exist.
