Concurrent Calls

This version adds a few minor features and one bug fix.

• Fixed SQL query to properly include CUSTOM trunks in the filter list.

• Added wildcard searches for source/destination numbers. Multiple wildcards are supported and can be used in any sequence (for example,

  123*, *123, *123*, 1*3, 1*3*

  and so on).
• MySQL authentication is now parsed from FreePBX rather than being hard coded. (Thanks to Tony Shiffer and James).
• Made the minimum number of digits dialed to include in the reports, selectable. This can be useful in you're using your PBX in a country where local calls have less than seven digits. It's also useful if you're hosting your PBX at a remote location and want to include dialing internal extensions (for bandwidth sizing). If not defined, it defaults to seven digits, but can range anywhere from three digits all the way up to twelve digits.
