Initial testing: Module works in debug and normal mode without errors. Additional test needs to be done with a few more USA numbers (expecting no results returned) as well as both Canadian business and personal numbers.

I have sent the contributor an email asking for candidate numbers to test again, and I will be using my own as well.

*Jeremy -* will you look at the code as see that all required standard approaches are used correctly and that your recommended best practices were used?

Tested against business and personal names. Properly selects business when available,personal when not.

Awaiting code inspection by Jeremy - then we can close this puppy.

Everything looks good in the code. I formatted it a little to make it prettier, but didn't change any of the operation.
