Description
Create a script for whocallsme.com.
This site allows data to be passed upstream - to list a call and its details. It seems this is how CID get added to this service. We should discuss ways to provide this feedback when we have pertinent info.
To add as a search provider only shouldn't be to hard. To get the feedback piece working would be a greater investment of time. Is it worth it?
Discussion is invited.

No response as of right now, we may have to just build a script that pulls the relevant information.

Ok - this source cant be used for spam rating - the general public is able to provide this data, and its not always SPAM related, sometimes, its just caller ID info, and as such - could be a valuable source for that.

I think this one needs to be changed to as status of "rejected"
I browsed around the site for a few minutes, and it seems that everything is a comment under the phone number. There doesn't seem to be an actual listing of CID information anywhere...unless I'm missing it. People will sometimes write the CID information in their comments, but it's not in a consistent enough location to be able to scrape the information from the page.

I would tend to agree after reviewing the site. This site really does not provide caller id information, and we already have a few spam related information databases included.

Feature: Rejected. Data source data to irregular for reasonable use as CallerID source.¶
Thank you all for your comments. Decisions are always easier (and hopefully "better") when made from an informed mindset.
I don't think this is a very high quality source. I looked at it too, and there is a regularized field called Caller ID text which we could possibly look for. But there are often times multiple records for a number, and the data format within each of those records is inconsistent. How would we pick which record to use when it returns more than one?
Looks like I'm gonna disappoint PBXIAF forum user TDF.
This ticket is Rejected.

The way the information is presented makes getting to it non trivial. Its not very high quality data. Who out there is really asking for this? Chime in - we need to understand why we want this source.

This data source has a conversational way of depicting the data - I cant imagine a standardized approach we could take that would deliver any form of meaningful data.
