Description
Same problem as reported with sugar in Bug #516, dropdown menu selections are numbered 0, 1, 2 and should be 1, 2, 3

Fixed with commit r500. I tested with debug using a handful of numbers which seem to work but needs more testing with actual Sweedish calls.

r501 fixes both hitta.se and http://118700.se/ which had the same problem. Debugs work for res and business for both, but still need a bit of testing in the wild.
