Description

Upgrade of module fails beyond 1.1.1 due to the upgrade process trying to install a second cron task for TTS cleanup. This is not allow. We need to install code that checks to see if its already there before trying to add it again.

Validated upgrades w/ pre existing cron task no longer fail.
Validated that Igor can be silenced when swift is selected.
