The purpose of this function is to cause the SPAM text to be substituted instead of prepended to the CNAM data for calls jusged to be SPAM.
That IS working in Debug, but is not sent to the endpoints.

I can't make it pass the SPAM text.(2.2.x or 3.x) What info do we need to debug?
