When the referenced data source is in the BIN folder, the UI will not allow resort, or delete of the bad data source.
Removing it from the BIN folder resolves the problem.
That suggest this is an issue with the data source, Im reclassifying this ticket as a data source issue.

r359 correct this issue. It was completly a filename issue which I caused myself.
