Description
Add a time condition.
Some GSM trunks have free minutes during certain period/days.
A time condition could be added to make better use of them.

I am using PBX in a Flash, I did some test using this version v0.0.4, however this is what i got after uploading. I did it to two test servers and have the same result.

Johnny - please tell us more details about which version of PBXIAF you are useing - what asterisk version, etc.

Trunkbalance need FreePBX timeconditions module. It seems that this module was not installed by default.
I've added the dependency requirement in rev 20
