Description
Allow the user to enable and disable the debug mode via module web ui.
Maintain the rich details of the debug data including the results for each selected service, and the delay time for each source.

I added a debug view to the UI to test phone numbers and sources at the same time on the same screen. Is this good enough? It does not permanently enable debugging, but you can see the debug output from the UI.

The debug function looks great - and the way its deployed is especially handy as you don't need to occupy the entire browser screen to get your information. In short - I love the way you've done it.
It would be very good if we could include the latency experienced from each source when debug is used. This would be used to help determine which sources have high delays so they could be disabled. If it doesn't cost to much in dev time - I think its important. (Plus, the current Superfecta (non module)provides this information.)
