It is probable that we will use .call files to handle the outbound calls to both the monitored worker, as well as the resque call - if placed.
This article deals with the creation of a basic call file. As a bonus, it also shows a good way to allow the user to record a voice file for later use by the system.
This project will probably include a step where the users record their own resque messeges. This code will serve as a good example.
