I have been using the beta version for the last few days and seems to be working fine for both Residential and Business lookups. One thing I noticed (not sure if it is script related or 411.ca related) is that Residential response time is about half of business response time.

I am getting a few very intermittant lookup errors using this script, but at this point in time I can't tell if it is the fault of the script, the fault of www.411.ca or both.

1) I occasionally get lookup information via the script that I cannot get directly via the reverse lookup on the www.411.ca website.

2) I have found at least one number that when tested over and over again in rapid succession via debug, it gives different results, it might give the correct name 2 or 3 times, then it might give "not found", then it might give the wrong name, then the correct name, etc.

3) I have found 1 number that the script gives a wrong name always and consistently, but when I go to www.411.ca to veryify that their database is incorrect, it can't find that phone number. When I search for the wrong name that the script gives, I can't find any record of that either.

Of the three issues I posted the other day, it looks like I jumped the gun:

1) Either user error (mine) or a problem with 411.ca that has now been fixed. Either way, I can't reproduce this error

2) Probably due to 411.ca problems that have since been resolved. I can't reproduce this one either.

3) This one is definately my fault, 411.ca is faithfully providing data for the caller ID, but their database has not been updated to reflect a (not so) recent change of DID ownership.

Of the three complaints I reported, they are either me not knowing what I am doing or 411.ca was having a bad day. None of these issues are reproducible today.
