beta 3 - includes start as minimized abailty, and a possible fix for all current crash conditions. Please test it.

Ok this version is running really good for me - solid without crashes so far.
I fixed the start up announcment volume level - beta 3 didnt respect the configured volume level for the start up announcement.
beta 4 therefor has been posted to this ticket. Please test it.

Prevents more than one occurance from loading. Volume setting respected during all speaking. Read Settings now includes startup minimized value.
