Description
Create a combination windows program and Superfecta send only data source that will SPEAK the caller ID information through SAPI on a windows workstation.
data source works only in debug mode.History

I have completed the principle development on a new talking data output source for the Superfecta Module.
The data source, send-to-Winunciator, has been uploaded to the dev repo as r240. It could use come testing - along with the Windows Winunciator Program.

Patrick will look at the data source as soon as he has time. he has fixed this issues once before in another script.
