Description

I would like to see us standardize a comment line in the datasources wherein known dependancies can be recorded.

For example, infobel might say `requires Superfecta 2.2.2 or higher`

I realize this wont be enforced by the system, and if wont be visible in the user interface at any time.

New data sources shall have the minimum version of SUperfecta listed as their final textal comment in the flyby desacription.

This has been doen to all the send to data sources.
