Guys,

I would appreciate if you would accept the modifiication of the PhoneSpamFilter (UK) source that allows support for another UK-based SPAM filter.

Please include with future version of SuperFecta.

Thanks for providing this source.

I added latest filters and default value to meet new standards (#187, #194).
Basic tests with different numbers OK.
