Description

My current testing environment is running PBX in a Flash 1.2, with an up-to-date FreePBX system. A fresh install makes all incoming calls come in with a caller ID of "<!DOCTYPE HTML..."

This is corrected by adding a username and password to the CallerID lookup sources section of FreePBX because my system has everything under the /admin folder password protected as most PiaF systems do.

It would be good to include this ability to set this username and password in the Superfecta admin section of FreePBX so that only one configuration page needs to be used to get this working.

Allowing the module ui config page to handle the password as suggested would also correct the issue of the password being visible in FreePBX. We could use a password text box to at least obfuscate the display.
