Description
It appears that the Whitepages lookup is failing to return anything after the City, if no name is found (cell phones for instance). For example, Whitepages will return only the "City," whereas TelcoData will return the "City, State". It seems something has changed on the Whitepages site again.

I've corrected this issue and tested it with a few numbers. Needs to be tested out by others to verify it works.

Tested the updated source-White_Pages.php file with 18 different phone numbers(10 mobile, 6 residential, 2 business). Update successful with the numbers tested. Thank you for this.
