Make provisions to handle sources that provide both CID and SPAM rankings; Make sure these two features can be enabled at the same data-source either alone or together.

The code should be ready for this already. There are different variables used for indicating SPAM and caller ID information, both of which can be used by the source scripts. We should be in good shape for the future. If a source comes along in the future that requires more than what we've implemented at this point we can always evaluate then, but I think we're ready for future sources that can return both SPAM and CID information.
