Description
Be able to allow the source files to do some processing on data retrieved after a caller ID name has been determined. This will allow things like caller ID to be reported back to the system.
Functions like adding to the Superfecta Cache and reporting back to whocalled.us will use this system.

The main task here was cutting and pasting some code around between a couple of files, and now it's done. The post CID retrieval processing is in place. I'll write up some documentation on this.
