  • Upon installing Endpoint Manager for the first time you will be presented with this screen:
  • The Next screen is the brand/configurations setup. Simply click "Check for Updates" and our supported brands will appear as shown in the images below

  • Click Install on the brands you would like to install and then install on the products you would like to use. After that simply click enable on each model you would like to use. You can also install firmware on supported phones (This simply downloads firmware and moves it into the TFTP boot folder)
  • Next go back to "My Devices". You can discover devices on your network by simply clicking 'go'. Endpoint Manager will only show brands of devices that you have installed on the previous pages! On this page you can also rebuild and reboot all phones that have been added to the endpoint manager. Or you can reboot just a specific brand or configure all installed products with a specific template
  • After you have finished adding new devices you will have something similar to this:
  • Next head on over to the "Template Manager" page. From here you can select the products you would like to make templates from. You can also edit prior templates or phone specific templates from this same area.
  • Upon creating or editing a template you are presented with this screen. You will only see "Allow above variable to be changed.." if you have enable ARI access from the settings page. Checking this box will allow extensions which are using this template to allow FreePBX ARI Access. Once the template is saved all phones that reference this template will reboot and obtain their new configurations
  • Here is an example of the ARI access page after the administrator enabled all speed dial settings for the 'Office' template:
