Caller ID Superfecta

The Asterisk Phone book data source is a high speed local data source that is well suited to being one of the first (if not THE first) selection on your providers list.

FreePBX allows results returned by the defined caller ID source (Such as Superfecta) to be cached, or stored, automatically in the Asterisk Phone Book. This is a FreePBX function - configured in the CID Lookup Sources area of FreePBX.

Regardless if the user enables caching, or populates the Asterisk Phone book manually, the results are the same.
